AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I could give zero stars or less, I would!

Product quality? The 108 plants I ordered, at a cost of £157.82, started to arrive at the beginning of April. All of the first batch of 36 plants have survived, but it's been downhill with every delivery since then. Of the remaing 72 plants I've received, the last of which arrived on April 30th, only 34 plants remain. The greatest percentage of these losses had occurred before I even took receipt! The total cost of my losses to date is £55.53.

Customer support? It does not exist. It's now May 5th, and I first contacted J Parkers 'support' on April 19th. I've not had any response whatsoever, despite sending an additional couple of emails.

DO NOT use J Parkers, unless you want to throw your money away! I, for one, will never use them again.

Overall

Overall, as a repeat customer, very happy with plants. Any issues are usually promptly acknowledged and dealt with. Having said that, I will further update when I have received all of this years order and monitored their growth.

Order changed with no notice

Ordered a bunch of plants for commercial premises, decent order a few hundred £s worth. The plants comprising around a quarter of the order were just replaced with another type. No notice, no chance to cancel, part refund or reselect, just simply a sticker on the plants - 'that crop failed, here is something else, hope it's ok' The rest of the order has come through fine, and the plants seem healthy, but if you're going to replace part of the order, at least reach out to see if it's ok.If they all survive in 6 months I'll update this to a 4*

Daisies were no good all died some bulbs were rotten not very good pinks were no good the climber was half dead very poor wast of money max dewinter

Well Wrapped Plants

Our plants arrived well wrapped and in good condition and were just as described. Would definitely use again.

As requested this review relates to plants recently received. I have to say how unimpressed I was at the size of the majority, they were incredibly small. The bigger plants were temporarily heeled in. All the others were put inside a poly tunnel and either “heeled in” or actually planted in the ground inside the tunnel. They were watered as necessary, remaining till they got sufficiently big enough to plant outside, which has only happened within the last week. Some Had actually died And were obviously not going to grow. In fact I was amazed that you sent them to me in that state, I.e. very little with hardly any growth on them. Basically very disappointed.

my order of begonia plug plants arrived…

my order of begonia plug plants arrived after having to send parkers an e mail asking why they had not sent them and it was getting late in the year to grow them on, had a mail back telling me they were being dispatched that day, they arrived and lots of the plugs were out of the packing and beyond any use, the rest were potted up straight away but condition of quite a lot were in such bad condition it was just a waste of time even to pot them up, of the ones that were potted up at least a quarter have since died but the rest appear to be surviving, please do not offer me any replacements or refund, as the least thing i need to be reminded of now is anything more to do with parkers and i have now purchased plants locally to replace parkers rubbish and they should be disgusted employing people who pack and send out plants in that condition, supervision at parkers must be lacking very badly, and i would like to bet this reply does not get posted with you or them, it is not a very nice thing to have to write about anyone but on this occasion i find myself fully justified in giving my honest opinion, thanks parker for wasting my time,

Very misleading description!

The items shown on this site are very misleading as the two shrubs I ordered were shown in a basket opposite the price but arrived in pots! As this was an important birthday present I was extremely upset and feel very angry! When I rang I had to wait 20 mins to speak to someone who then said at the end of a long description it just said '9cm pot supplied'!I will NOT be using this supplier again and note that there are a lot of reviews from unhappy customers!!

The order arrived just within the promised 28 days! It will be next year before I see how the snowdrops have settled in, but the back-up literature with the order was helpful.
